Online schedule for group and individual training
The pilates booking system displays the workout type, time, instructor, and available spots. For reformer, a spot means a free machine, so you set capacity according to the equipment. For mat Pilates, you adjust spots based on the hall's area, and for an individual session, you set one spot. From the admin panel, you manage bookings, cancellations, and attendance. Email confirmations and a reminder two hours before the workout are included in the base package.
Group training with clear instructor
Distinguish reformer from mat Pilates, indicate level and duration. The client chooses a suitable class and sees who is leading it.
Management of bookings and attendance
Booked and cancelled classes are in the general schedule. Mark attendance and view reservation history from the client profile.

From request to first bookings
How does the 7-day trial work?
A demonstration with setup tailored to your activity, so you can evaluate how BookSys will work in your daily life.
Choose an address and create your client account.
Name, email, and type of activity are required. You can add a website and preferred subscription, but it is not mandatory. Choosing a plan is not an order.
We set up the system for your activity.
The BookSys team prepares the demonstration with appropriate services, durations, specialists, and capacity. After the setup, you receive access credentials at the provided email address.
You test for 7 days and decide.
Test the schedule, online booking, and reservation management. After the test, you choose whether to continue with a paid plan. The request does not automatically activate a subscription, and additional modules are determined separately.
You can review and edit your details before sending. After your request, we will contact you to set up the trial.

What does the pilates studio management software include?
BookSys brings together the training schedule, online reservations, and information about clients and attendance in one place. You set duration, instructor, and capacity for each class. The base package includes email confirmations, reminders, and a custom subdomain.
Is BookSys suitable as software for a reformer studio?
Yes. You can set the number of spots according to the available reformers and specify instructor, duration, and price for each workout. In the same schedule, you can also organize mat sessions.
Can the capacity differ between Reformer and mat Pilates?
Yes. For every activity, you can set a specific capacity, duration, and price so that the schedule matches your studio's organization.
Can I specify a different instructor for each class?
Yes. In the schedule, you assign a specialist to a specific time slot, and clients see this information when making their selection.
Can I add client cards and subscriptions?
Yes. Client cards, subscriptions, and visit packages can be added as optional paid modules. These, as well as online payments, are not included in the basic package.
How do I choose a program for a Pilates studio?
