From request to first bookings
How does the 7-day trial work?
A demonstration with setup tailored to your activity, so you can evaluate how BookSys will work in your daily life.
Choose an address and create your client account.
Name, email, and type of activity are required. You can add a website and preferred subscription, but it is not mandatory. Choosing a plan is not an order.
We set up the system for your activity.
The BookSys team prepares the demonstration with appropriate services, durations, specialists, and capacity. After the setup, you receive access credentials at the provided email address.
You test for 7 days and decide.
Test the schedule, online booking, and reservation management. After the test, you choose whether to continue with a paid plan. The request does not automatically activate a subscription, and additional modules are determined separately.
You can review and edit your details before sending. After your request, we will contact you to set up the trial.

Can a children's group have a different capacity?
Yes. Capacity and other parameters are set for the specific training session.
How do I show different disciplines and levels?
Create separate entries for each class and use a clear title, description, and assigned trainer.
Are membership cards and online payments included?
No. Memberships, packages, and online payments are arranged separately as paid modules.

Can I use my own subdomain?
A custom subdomain is included in the base package. However you can point your subdomain to our server for FREE.
